1. Your order is usually shipped out within 24-48 hours after your payment is received. 

2. The tracking number of your parcel will be sent to you after your order is despatched. You may use the tracking number to check the status of your order online.

3. The shipping fee will be auto-added in the grand total when you send payment.

How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, we'll send you an email that contains tracking info and links.

Which carriers do you use?

We use UPS or a combination of UPS and USPS. Shipments to P.O. boxes are delivered by USPS only.

What do we do with your information?

When you purchase something from our store, as part of the buying and selling process, we collect the personal information you give us such as your name, address and email address.
When you browse our store, we also automatically receive your computer’s internet protocol (IP) address in order to provide us with information that helps us learn about your browser and operating system.
Email marketing: With your permission, we may send you emails about our store, new products and other updates.

How do you get my consent?

When you provide us with personal information to complete a transaction, verify your credit card, place an order, arrange for a delivery, we imply that you consent to our collecting it and using it for that specific reason only.

Does Brazilian Miss Jumpsuits accepts refunds?

We do our best to provide you 100% satisfaction. Unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange due to all products being intimate. Once purchasing. you agree that you clearly understand and agree what you are purchasing and will not file a fraudulent dispute. Upon a fraudulent attempt to file a dispute, we receive the right, if necessary, to terminate your account and/or permanently ban your IP address. If you have any questions about returning your products, please contact us!
